The roles
Business Data Analytics
Finance are involved in doing everything from everyday reporting to complex statistical analysis across a range of data domains. We act as an internal consultant and have a blend of Actuarial, Mathematical and Computer Science expertise.
Cyber Security Analysts
Our Cyber Security team has the responsibility to protect our systems, data, assets and iconic brand from security and operational risks. You'll be looking for ways to extend existing security measures and will be exposed to managing real time threats on demand.
Software Engineers
Opportunities in designing, developing and maintaining computer software using the latest technologies to ensure we set the bar higher than anyone else.
Test Engineers
Be a part of a dynamic team to create processes that would best test a particular product throughout our technology transformation.
Technology All-Rounder
We are looking for vibrant All-Rounders who are interested in learning more about our different departments within Technology.
Training and Development
The HBF graduate program is designed to help you become a super star. From day one we will induct you properly, so you understand who we are, what we want to achieve and where you fit into this bigger picture. You’ll have formal training opportunities but also learn while you are on the job. You’ll have all the support and encouragement you need to thrive. You’ll be assigned a mentor and a line manager who will define a development plan to help you make real progress. As well as developing fantastic technical training, you’ll receive sound career advice and all the encouragement you need to your career off to a great start.
Our minimum requirements
To gain a graduate training opportunity you must be able to show us that you are HBF material. You’ll have completed a relevant degree in the past two years, be able to provide a valid police clearance and have rights to work in Australia.
