Also, they never switch you to another project without you applying and getting accepted to that project, so there’s no way they wouldn’t have just not switched you over for no reason, if you got accepted when you applied. There is also always a 30 day warning, and several in upcoming days when a project is ending, so that you can prepare to migrate. Your name is never removed from the schedule, and you can even find copies of old schedules, up to a year old in your profile on the scheduling site, which you never lose access to, even if you are no longer working for them. They allow you to keep access so that you can track exactly how many hours and what shifts you worked. If you had a bad experience with a manager, you should have taken it up with another. There are always between 5-10 different members of management online at varying times of day and days of the week that you could have voiced your concerns to. As for my personal experience, I’ve worked for them for 2 years now and I couldn’t ask for a better company. As mentioned in the post, they are extremely flexible with your schedule, you choose what you can work, and when you can work that type of shift, which is a blessing for a parent. I’ve done phone shifts during naptime, and when my kids have someone to watch them, and chat shifts while I’m sitting in my living room and they are playing beside me. The management team is absolutely wonderful with communication. You never have to question if someone is actually listening to your concerns, which is hard to come by in a remote position. The pay is sometimes lower than I would hope for, but there are to many pros that outweigh the one con I’ve found in 2 years with them.

Hi Ruth,

Thanks for sharing your review! Your honest feedback helps other out-of-the-cubicle thinkers make informed decisions before they get involved with a company.

Happily,

Ashlee

Hi Heather,

Thanks for stopping by! You should see a link under the heading “Ready to Apply?” It says “Keys to ModSquad Application Success.” This link should work too: http://workfromhomehappiness.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/modsquad-success.pdf

Let me know if it doesn’t — I can always send you a copy. Best of luck on your ModSquad application!

Best wishes,

Ashlee
