It depends. No two days were the same when I was piecing together a living online. Some days I might spend most of my time writing if there were a lot of writing gigs available. Other days, I might focus on transcription work. And then some days I might be swamped with virtual assistant assignments.

Really, it depends on the work available at any given time. When you work as a contractor, there is no guarantee of work. That’s why it’s important to have multiple income streams coming in at any given time.

I looked on flex jobs, and I don’t know if it’s because of my area, but a majority of the jobs require experience.

And I also wanted to know, do the sites on your article about piecing a living together online, still work the same today? Can I still make a full time income from those sites?
I’m trying to get some money coming in while looking for more work.

Could you also give me an example of your workday when you were piecing together a living online, like how many hours you would put in each website?
