Hi Maria,

You’re a “sceptical” person or a skeptical person? We all make mistakes 😉

But is it just me or no one noticed the sentence error in one of the paragraphs? I’m a very sceptical person, I try to always believe in everything but one small error and I start doubting.
Nevertheless if it’s legit I will give it a go as it will fit great with my situation at the moment.

Hi Kendra,

A lot of proofreading jobs are done on a freelance basis — that is you get to choose when and how you work and for whom. This makes it pretty easy to fit into even the most demanding schedules! I worked as a freelance writer, editor, and proofreader when my son was an infant. I worked around his schedule, which means sometimes I was writing or editing at 2:00 a.m., but it worked for us at the time. That’s the beauty of freelancing, you work around life and not the other way around 🙂

Happily,

Ashlee

I just had a baby 3 months ago so sometimes my work schedule gets less than I want with family getting sick or busy and can’t watch my baby. Would this be a good potential job for me even sometimes working at my other job?

She made her hobby of reading books as her profession by learning essential proofreading skills and her passion to read. Like proofreading, there are so many other work from home jobs which one can easily opt for with learning basic skills like blogging, transcription, or virtual assistants.
